The paths that define vector shapes and vector layer masks in Photoshop like to reveal themselves to help you out when editing layers, but they can be quite distracting when you are working on layered compositions, making it hard to concentrate on your artwork.

I’ve had a few comments since I’ve been writing this site about how I only ever show the Apple Mac Photoshop keyboard shortcuts - I am working on a solution to this (and update the whole site of-course, eek!). In the meantime, here are the simple differences - not too much to remember!
